In case of an Emergency during regular business hours please call the clinic line:

If your Emergency is after our regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, please call our emergency line at 719.687.9201and leave a detailed message describing the nature of your emergency, the time you called, and a phone number we can reach you at immediately. If we are available, we will return your call after receiving your phone message.

If you do not receive a call within 10 minutes of paging, please call again. If you are not able to reach us within 5 minutes of your second call, our veterinarians may be unavailable and we recommend that you immediately contact Animal Emergency Care Center in Colorado Springs at 719.260.7141.

Reasons to Call

Equine emergencies consist of but are not limited to: lacerations, colic, acute lameness, foaling issues, neurologic issues, eye problems, choke, and systemic illness.

Canine & Feline emergencies include: vomiting, diarrhea, bloat, lacerations, lameness, eye problems, and systemic illness.

While the above are recommendations concerning when to call, your judgment is best and if you are at all concerned please do not hesitate to call.
